Elastron V is the brand name of cross-linked EPDM based thermoplastic elastomer vulcanizates. Elastron V (TPV) grades have excellent mechanical properties in order to meet our customers' expectations such as sustainability of quality, flexibility and low compression set

Elastron G are thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compounds based on SEBS (Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene) which shows some of rubber properties at ambient temperature. And they can be processed with various methods such as injection, extrusion or blow moulding.

Elastron D is a brand name of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) block copolymers that behaves like rubber properties under room temperature and has advantage of easy processing.

Elastron develops not only products but also solutions for special applications according to automotive industry needs. As a result of this focus Elastron is certified with IATF 16949. With its specialized grades Elastron offers solutions for weatherseal, interior, exterior and under the hood applications.

Elastron TPE grades designed for the construction industry are based on TPV and SEBS based TPE compounds. TPE products for construction applications need to have excellent UV and weathering resistance with a wide range of service temperature.

Elastron medical TPE compounds meet special needs of various medical device applications.

Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) are family of polymers that behave thermoset rubber with having recyclability and processing advantages of plastics. Thermoplastic elastomers do not require curing or vulcanization in the process and can be processed by conventional thermoplastic techniques such as injection moulding, extrusion and blow moulding.
