SEBS - Elastron G
Elastron G is SEBS (styrene ethylene butylene styrene) based TPE compounds series which exhibits joint advantageous properties of raw SEBS resins and polyolefins as enhanced processability, improved mechanical properties, recyclability, design flexibility, soft touch and comfort.
Advantages
- Service temperature -50˚C to 120˚C
- Wide hardness range (12ShA - 46ShD)
- Resistance to weathering, ozone, UV and impact
- Reduced cost with easy processing.
- Non hygroscopic, pre-drying is not necessary except G201 and G500 series
- Resistance to acid, base and detergents
- Abrasion resistance
- Antistatic compounds available
- Adhesion to PA, ABS, PS and PC engineering plastics
- FDA and EU 10/2011 compliant grades avaliable
- Available in translucent and transparent forms
- Density changes between 0,88 and 1,20 g/cm³
