SBS - Elastron D
Elastron D is SBS (styrene butadiene styrene) based TPE compounds series which exhibits joint advantageous properties of raw SBS resins and polyolefins as enhanced processability, improved mechanical properties, recyclability, design flexibility, elasticity, soft touch and comfort.
Advantages of Elastron D
- Service temperature -50°C to 70°C
- Wide hardness range (30ShA - 65ShD)
- Recyclable
- Good resistance to acids and bases
- Provides quite higher saving on the processing cost (less scrap)
- Easy processing with shorter cycle time
- Lower density (Density changes between 0,89 and 1,22 g/cm³)
- Good resistance to acids and bases as well as oils (ex: IRM 903 , IRM 901)
