As you all are aware, we have been receiving requests regarding our product coding system for being very long and confusing for a long time. In order to meet expectations we have been working on a completely new system since LAST year.
We activated the new coding system as of 1st January 2012. We believe that the new coding system will be simple, more functional and will not create confusion.
Please note that this is only a change in the coding system. No material or formulation will be changed during this process whatsoever.
During the transition period (2012) both the new and old codes will be printed on the labels but the orders will be accepted with new codes.
